Causes de la patologia

Lepismasaccharina (family Lepismatidae) is attracted to cellulose and starch of documents, paper, books and stamps, as well as their glues, sizes, starches and binding mediums of some painting techniques.

Observacions

This characteristic and exogenous erosion by biological attack causes surface damage, loss of support and supported element, and loss of resistance by altering its integrity.
